Our easy to understand fee for renting the facilities at The Farm at Carter Hill are as follows;
The Full Farm

Full access to our Bed & Breakfast (check-in 9AM, check-out 11PM)
• Bridal Suite + Groom Suite
• Multiple ceremony and cocktail hour locations
• Outdoor restroom facility (6 stalls including handicap accessible)
• Staff onsite for parking + mobility-assist shuttle
• Ceremony chairs (white resin) & reception chairs
• Round and rectangle banquet tables, picnic tables, sweetheart table
• High-top cocktail tables
• Two bar locations
• Lawn games
• Fire pit + complimentary s’mores station (monitored by our team)
• Use of bandstand + outdoor projector screen
• Flexibility to bring your own caterer or food truck
Weekend Buyout
This includes:
• Friday evening rehearsal with staffed cash bar
• Full property shutdown for complete privacy

To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable 50% initial payment is required at booking, with the remainder due 60 days before the wedding.

While we do not currently offer catering, we have a list of recommended caterers for your special day. This allows you the flexibility to choose vendors that best suit your
own personal taste, whether it be an elegant sit down dinner, local food trucks, or a classic buffet. ​
